The planning form
The form is not an official government or visa application. It asks for your country, age range, retirement and lifetime-pension status, who may move with you, timeframe, name, email or phone number, preferred contact method, optional message and acknowledgement of this notice. When you submit, this information and your consent are sent securely to the website server and emailed to Joanna M Whittaker at HALIGI to review and respond to your enquiry. The email includes the submission date and time. Email is required for email contact. A phone number is required when phone, WhatsApp or Viber is selected; email is then optional.
The website does not save enquiry answers in a database, files or browser storage and does not send them to a CRM or government authority. The hosting and email providers process the information to send and receive the email. Enquiries are received in Joanna’s Gmail mailbox. Values remain in the form after a sending error and are cleared after the server confirms sending. Your browser may separately offer autofill or restore form entries.

Emailing, calling or messaging is another way to make an enquiry. Your chosen service may share your contact details and the message you send with Joanna so she can consider and respond to your enquiry. Do not send passport copies, bank details, medical records or other sensitive documents with an initial enquiry. Direct-contact providers have their own privacy practices.
Video, links and technical information
No analytics, advertising tags or tracking libraries are installed on this website. The site does not set its own cookies. The PRA video connects to YouTube only after you choose “Load PRA video”. YouTube then receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details and may use storage or cookies, particularly during playback. Privacy-enhanced embedding does not make that interaction anonymous. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Following an external link takes you to a separately operated service. When you visit a hosted website, its hosting provider may process technical access and security information such as IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps.
Only share what is needed
